Directly buried corrugated compensator - Directly buried compensator
Introduction to Directly Buried Ripple Compensator PZM
Directly buried corrugated compensator, also known as direct buried compensator, is mainly used for axial compensation of directly buried pipelines and has bending resistance, so the influence of pipeline sinking can be ignored. The direct buried corrugated compensator shell and guide sleeve are protected to achieve free expansion and contraction compensation, and other performance is the same as that of ordinary corrugated compensators.
The main components of the direct buried corrugated compensator are the connecting pipe, outer pipe (sleeve), and corrugated pipe, which are essential parts. Flanges and tie rods, these two components are not present in every buried compensator, and some buried compensators do not have tie rods installed; Some directly buried compensators do not have flanges because they are connected to the pipeline through welding treatment. Usually, there are more connections made through takeover.

Example: 1.6ZMS200 × 6J Classification of direct buried corrugated compensatorsDirect buried corrugated compensators are divided into direct buried external pressure corrugated compensators and direct buried internal pressure corrugated compensators. The direct buried external pressure corrugated compensator has the dual advantages of external pressure compensator and free compensation direct buried compensator, and has been widely used in the construction of heating network pipelines. |

2、 Instructions for using direct buried corrugated compensator |
|
The direct buried corrugated compensator is mainly suitable for axial compensation and has super strong bending resistance, so the influence of pipeline sinking is not considered. Under the protection of the buried corrugated compensation shell and guide sleeve, free expansion and contraction compensation is achieved, and other performance is the same as that of ordinary corrugated compensators. Installation of direct buried corrugated compensatorWhen the insulation pipe is buried underground, the surrounding area should be filled with sand with a particle size of less than 20 millimeters, and then covered with the original soil. The thickness of the filled sand should not be less than 200 millimeters. 2. The burial depth of the top of the insulation pipe is generally not more than 1.2 meters, but it should also not be less than 0.7 meters as much as possible. The insulation pipe can be directly buried under various pipelines. 3. When doing insulation treatment, it is important to pay attention to the connection between the compensator ripple and the connecting pipe. If it is a movable end, insulation treatment cannot be done, and the rest should be insulated. The lack of insulation at point A during pipeline expansion will not cause significant heat loss. Also, due to the role of the protective ring, the buried compensator can be directly buried under the roadway. 4. The installation of direct buried compensators does not require cold tightening, nor does it need to follow the method of cutting pipes of the same length as the expansion joint after connecting the entire steel pipe and then welding them. Use direct buried expansion joints without the need for guide brackets. 5. During installation, it is important to ensure that the direction of the guide sleeve is consistent with the flow direction. 6. The medium inside the buried corrugated compensator should be treated to remove free oxygen and chloride ions, and the chloride ion content should not exceed 25PPm. 7. Directly buried corrugated compensators are allowed to undergo a system water pressure test not exceeding 1.5 times the nominal pressure. Before conducting a system hydrostatic test on the directly buried corrugated compensator, both ends of the pipeline should be fixed to prevent the compensator from being stretched by internal pressure thrust.
